Diversity Initiative

The College of the Environment and Life Sciences supports the University–wide effort to create greater racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity on campus. The College continues to develop and implement services and programs to recruit and retain nontraditional students.

We are strongly committed to creating a positive community within CELS that enhances student learning and promotes awareness, acceptance, and personal development within a diverse student population. There are several federally funded programs within the college whose funds assist CELS students in achieving their educational goals.
