On January 25, 2001, the Faculty Senate voted to add a seventh day to the Spring 2001 Final Examination Period as recommended by the Academic Standards and Calendar Committee in its Report #2000-01-2.

The approved change is:

Add Thursday, 3 May, to the Final Exam Schedule for the Spring 2001 semester.*

Final Exams are scheduled for May 3-4, 7-11.

Final grades due in Registrar's Office by 4:00 p.m. on May 14.

Commencement: May 20.

* NOTE: This change requires an exception to section 8.70.22 of the UNIVERSITY MANUAL which states that "A minimum of two week-day reading days will be scheduled after the last day of classes."
