On October 28, 2004, the Faculty Senate approved the following amendment to Section 4.22 of the Faculty Senate By-Laws which had been introduced at the September 23 Faculty Senate meeting:

That section 4.22 of the By-Laws of the Faculty be amended by adding “the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee” to the list of ex officio members of the Academic Standards and Calendar Committee.

The revised section 4.22 of the By-Laws would read as follows:

4.22 The Director of Enrollment Services or designee, the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee, and the University Ombud shall serve as ex officio members of this committee.
