Check out the newest selection of URI pride t-shirts, hooded fleece, sweat pants and jerseys in an assortment of colors, styles and sizes. If clothing isn't what you're looking for, you can also check out the Rhody stuffed animals for the kids or look through the variety of accessories including customized URI pens, glass mugs, flags, pennants or car decals. The bookstore also sells gift cards which make for a perfect gift for your student!
11am - 3pm Oliver Watson House Open House
Watson House Corner
of W. Alumni Road & Old Farmhouse Road, just west of
the library. Visit the historic Watson House, the oldest structure on the URI
campus. Built around 1796, the Watson House is part of the original 140 acre
farm purchased in 1888 in order to establish an agricultural school in Kingston.
11am - 12:30pm Hillel's Open House
Please join us for a tour of the new Norman M. Fain Hillel Center at 6 Fraternity Circle, refreshments will be served.
11:30am URI Legacy Family Event, Alumni Center
Celebrate URI traditions at the URI Legacy Family event during Family Weekend! A University of Rhode Island legacy is a student or alumnus/a who has a parent, grandparent, or sibling who is a University of Rhode Island graduate. Gather at the Alumni Center and enjoy a pre-game lunch before the Georgia State vs URI football game. Register today! Join us for the fun and excitement of Rhode Island
Rams Football during your Family Weekend visit! Starting June 1, 2012,
you can purchase your tickets online. Make sure to do this well before
mid-October because the game WILL be sold out. Orders received prior
to October 1st will be mailed to you. All orders received after October 1st will be available for print from a link in your confirmation email or pick up at the Ryan Center Box Office. Don't miss out on one of the highlights of family weekend, it will be a game to remember!
Summer Hours for the Ryan Center Box Office during the months of June, July, August and through Labor Day weekend are: M-F 10-4pm, closed Saturdays

Boss Ice Arena
$6 to skate, $5 skate rentals

The Boss Ice Arena will be hosting an open ice afternoon for family weekend. The arena offers a friendly atmosphere where your family can enjoy ice skating while listening to fun music and socializing with other families and members of the community.
3pm - 5pm Post Game Reception
Memorial Union Lounge
Join us in the Lounge for a post game reception which includes free snacks, URI tokens, and printed family photos. Rhody the Ram, the URI mascot will be joining us. Don't miss the opportunity to come and get your picture taken with Rhody!

7:30pm URI Theatre Presents: Marvin's Room
Fine Arts Center
Marvin's Room, by Scott McPherson, is "one of the funniest plays of the year as well as one of the wisest and most moving", said the New York Times when the play opened Off Broadway in 1991. Marvin's Room won the Outer Critics Circle Award, the Drama Desk Award and the John Gassner Award for Best New American Play.
