Classroom Setting

 

8am - 5pm Follow your Student to Class!
Step into the shoes of your student for a day. Ask your student to check with individual instructors to make sure there is an open seat for you in the classroom. Students are welcome to introduce parents to faculty!

Check out the newest selection of URI pride t-shirts, hooded fleece, sweat pants and jerseys in an assortment of colors, styles and sizes. If clothing isn't what you're looking for, you can also check out the Rhody stuffed animals for the kids or look through the variety of accessories including customized URI pens, glass mugs, flags, pennants or car decals. The bookstore also sells gift cards which make for a perfect gift for your student!

The Boss Ice Arena will be hosting an open ice afternoon for family weekend. The arena offers a friendly atmosphere where your family can enjoy ice skating while listening to fun music and socializing with other families and members of the community.

 

Fascitelli_Fitness11am - 4pm
Tour the new Anna Fascitelli Fitness & Wellness Center

Thanks to the generous private donations from Bank of America and URI alumnus Michael Fascitelli ’78 and his wife, Beth. URI renovated the 29,618 square foot, former award-winning Roger Williams Dining Hall, originally constructed in 1969, into a 33,000 square foot full-service fitness and wellness center.The new modernized facility will provide state-of-the-art fitness equipment and services designed to promote the health and well-being of students, faculty and staff in a safe, inviting, environment.

The Center is named in honor of Fascitelli’s late mother, Anna.
