I’m trying to be disciplined, but it is hard. Having many medical issues to deal with, I dare not go anywhere other than a car ride to get prescriptions. Among the other challenges with being quarantined, we must be cognizant to move around as much and as frequently as possible. Watching and participating in Zoom calls may be okay for a group—that is the future. We are using FaceTime often to see our kids and grandchildren. Keeping ourselves busy mentally is as important as moving around. Social media outlets can help us do better by offering ideas, relaying concerns, and, most importantly, maintaining human contact. That is how I am doing it. Finally, will things be the same post-pandemic? The answer is that it will evolve, but will take time. Old habits die hard. Go Rhody!
