The Offices of Admission and Housing and Residential Life call upon faculty and staff to volunteer for fall semester move-in. Join us from Friday, Sept. 1, to Monday, Sept. 4, with shifts available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Why Volunteer?

Become part of the energy and excitement that marks the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of our incoming students and their families. As a volunteer, you will:

• Direct traffic and parking: Ensure a smooth flow of vehicles and guide families to their designated parking areas.
• Welcome new students and families: As a university ambassador, your warm smiles, helpful directions, and engaging conversations will create a positive experience.
• Enrich campus life: Your presence will continue a cherished tradition that brings the campus to life and signals the start of an exciting academic year.

University administrators and move-in staff will be on campus to support the process, but we can’t do this alone. Join us during one of the University’s most exhilarating and heartwarming events of the year.
