KINGSTON, R.I. — October 27, 2003 — High school seniors and their families are invited to the University of Rhode Islands Kingston Campus to “Meet the University” next month. The sessions will take place on Friday Nov. 7 and on Saturday Nov. 8 in Edwards Auditorium on Upper College Road.
The Friday program begins at 12:30 p.m. and ends at about 4 p.m. The Saturday program begins at 10 a.m. and ends at about 1 p.m.
“Meet the University” is designed to give prospective students and their parents the opportunity to learn more about admissions, financial aid, special services, internships, study abroad offerings, and academic advising.
Reservations must be made in advance by calling the University’s Undergraduate Admissions Office at 874-7100 or online at www.uri.edu/admissions/registration.html.
