The B.S. program in nursing prepares you to become a professional nurse, eligible to take the State Licensing Examination (NCLEX-RN). You will be eligible for an entry level position in medical, surgical, geriatric, maternity, pediatric, psychiatric-mental health or community nursing in a variety of settings: hospitals, home health care, clinics, community health agencies, hospices or the armed services.
