Thirteen vehicles have been vandalized while parked at different locations around the Kingston campus since April 4, URI Police report.

Swastikas were carved into some vehicles, and pornographic shapes were carved into several others.

Officers have reviewed camera footage and have been conducting more frequent checks of the parking lots, but have no suspects.

The University condemns all forms of vandalism, but the hateful and offensive nature of these incidents deserves the strongest repudiation.
