Request a User

Adding users to your site helps distribute editing responsibilities across your team.


Before requesting a user, decide what functions that user will be performing in your site. Try to be efficient with how your site is managed and limit access only to people who play an active role in maintaining site content. Review our roles and responsibilities to learn about the types of edits your user might accomplish.

New users will be directed to review the Content Guide, and we may elect to do individual or group trainings with them. Also, please consider removing other individuals from the site at the same time. If there are a significant number of users already, we may ask you to audit the list before the new user is added.

Note: requests for users must come from someone who already has editing access.
