A chance to help needy children

Happy Holidays!

This holiday season the Division of Administration will be collecting unwrapped gifts for Rhode Island’s children to be distributed across the state by the Children’s Friend & Service organization. Please consider joining us in this small act of kindness for those who are less fortunate this holiday season.

Vice President Bob Weygand invites all division staff to the University Club for a time of giving and refreshment on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 3:00 P.M.

Please bring with you a new unwrapped gift for a girl or boy, age infant to 16 years. Some ideas: toys, dolls, games, books, coloring books and crayons, playing cards, clothing, coats, hats, scarves and mittens, gift cards, CD’s, CD players, boom boxes… don’t forget the batteries!

Lenette Azzi-Lessing, the Executive Director of the Children’s Friend and Service, will be joining us that afternoon and will share a few words about the organization and the people it serves.

Please let Sharon Kenyon know if you will be joining us calling 874-2433 by December 9th. Thank you.
