URI economist ‘alarmed’ by R.I.’s revised labor data

WHAT: The Current Conditions Index hit 58 in January, beating the January 2011 value of 50. However, the revised labor market data were highly disappointing. Rhode Island finds itself once again being left behind as the pace of national economic activity accelerates.
