KINGSTON, R.I.–Feb. 13, 2024–The University of Rhode Island Child Development Center is now accepting applications for its preschool enrollment lottery for the 2024-25 school year. The center offers high quality, developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs for children ages 3 to 5 years. 

The Child Development Center’s year-round preschool program on the University’s Kingston Campus is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and provides a spacious learning environment giving children the opportunity to learn through hands-on play and exploration.

Parents/guardians who wish to enter their children into the enrollment lottery should submit an application by Feb. 23. Prospective students must be 3 years of age by Sept. 1 in order to be eligible.
