Effective March 18, 2024, the University has updated its policy on Student-Athlete Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). The policy can be found at the University’s Administrative Policies webpage.

The University’s policy on Student-Athlete Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) provides guidelines for student-athletes and their development and use of their name, image, and likeness, including the role of the University and rules regarding compensation. The existing policy has been updated to align with recent changes to NCAA rules regarding Representatives of Athletics Interest (or “boosters”).
