As members of the URI community, we are on a new path guided by our mission and vision. In the words of URI President Marc Parlange, “Our time is now.” We are empowered and moving forward.

While on our path, it is important we continue to be aware of and self-reflect on our responsibilities. We hold ourselves and others accountable, maintain high standards, and strive for excellence in all that we do. We operate ethically and avoid harmful behaviors that can tarnish our reputation, undermine our values, and impede our success. When we see something concerning it is our responsibility to SPEAK UP.
