Dear URI Faculty and Staff,

We are pleased to share that this fall we will be continuing our successful initiative, Coffee and Conversation. Coffee and Conversation, which began this past spring, is a series of informal meetings hosted by us, President Marc Parlange and Provost Barbara Wolfe, to help foster important dialogue around the URI issues that matter most to you.  

This year we will be providing additional opportunities for community members on our Kingston and Narragansett Bay campuses to engage.

We deeply value your perspective and contributions to the University, and we hope to use these informal gatherings to discuss everything from the proposed new budget model to our strategic plan to trends in teaching, research, and higher education. We welcome any topic relevant to the university for discussion.
