The InfoEd Grants Management System will be inaccessible from Friday, Nov. 8, at 7 a.m. to Saturday, Nov. 9, at 1 p.m. This will prevent proposal submissions during this downtime.

InfoEd will be migrating to a new data center to enhance data security and improve service reliability. This downtime for this migration will impact all modules in the InfoEd Grants Management System.

All users who submit grants or manage grants through the InfoEd Grants Management System will be affected. In preparation for this upgrade to the production environment, we strongly encourage preparing, routing proposals, and planning your proposal submissions in the InfoEd system accordingly outside of this window. No proposals can be submitted during this migration time frame. If there are any proposal submissions that will be directly impacted during this downtime, please let the Office of Sponsored Projects pre-award staff know as soon as possible to plan accordingly.
