Effective Nov. 18, the University has approved a new policy, Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program Prohibition. This policy can be found at the University’s Administrative Policies webpage.

Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program Prohibition

The University’s policy on Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program Prohibition addresses the University of Rhode Island’s compliance with the CHIPS and Science Act and related policies and guidance of Federal Research Agencies including the Department of Defense policy “Countering Unwanted Foreign Influence in Department-Funded Research at Institutions of Higher Education.”
