TAP and Student Senate launch Rhody Shuttle feedback survey

Jan. 29, 2025

URI’s Student Senate has partnered with URI Transportation and Parking to gather student feedback on Rhody Shuttle services, with hopes to introduce bidirectional shuttles at URI. This collaboration aims to assess the community’s interest in bidirectional shuttles and the overall Rhody Shuttle experience.

What’s the goal?
The short, 10-question survey will collect input on Rhody Shuttle users’ overall experience, ranging from frequency of use to cleanliness to driver courtesy/professionalism. Most importantly, this survey introduces bidirectionality to the campus. Your feedback is crucial, as TAP is interested in implementing this innovative idea on the basis of rider interest.

How to Participate:

Why Should You Participate?
Your insights are crucial in shaping a more efficient and accessible campus environment. Whether you’ve had positive or negative experiences, or if you have suggestions for the proposed bidirectional services, we want to hear from you!

Don’t miss this opportunity to voice your opinion and make a lasting impact on campus transportation.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to TAP (TAP@uri.edu ) and/or Student Senate Vice President Sanah Feroz (vp@rhodysenate.org).
