Beginning Monday, July 28, through Wednesday, July 30, Flagg Road will be closed to traffic from Old North Road to Butterfield Road to accommodate necessary construction. Parking will not be permitted along Flagg Road during this time.

Detour signage will be in place to assist with traffic. Detour routes are identified below. Individuals who require access to Fine Arts parking may do so via Bills Road.
