To Our URI Community,

Today, we are launching the 2025 Campus Climate Survey, an important opportunity for every member of our community to share their experiences at the University of Rhode Island.

At URI, we are committed to fostering a culture where every person feels valued, included, and empowered to thrive. Understanding how our community members experience daily life at the University is essential to that commitment. Your feedback—what’s working and where we can do better—will help guide our ongoing efforts to create a more welcoming, supportive, and people-centered URI.

The survey is brief, completely anonymous, and open to all students, faculty, and staff. It takes less than seven minutes to complete, and your responses will help inform action steps tied directly to Focus URI, our 10-year strategic plan.

As a small thank you, those who complete the survey by Friday, October 31, may choose to enter a drawing for prizes, including tickets to watch a URI men’s or women’s basketball game from the President’s Suite with Mary and me.
