URI Alert: As we continue to prioritize the well-being of our community, URI will not hold in-person exams today, Monday, Dec. 15. Online exams will proceed as scheduled. Importantly, there is no known threat to our campuses; this decision follows consideration of concerns shared by members of our community.

URI offices remain open, and we continue to serve and support our students. Staff whose positions have been designated as essential, because their responsibilities include services that must be performed on site, should report to work. Managers are encouraged to provide non-essential staff with flexibility to adjust their schedules as needed to prioritize well-being.

The University is here to support you, and community members are encouraged to review the support resources shared in a community email sent yesterday.
