Faculty/Staff parking permits for the 2026-27 calendar year are available now. You may renew your virtual permit online by signing into your parking account with your URI credentials.

When renewing your permit, please have the following information ready:

• Vehicle license plate number and state
• Vehicle make and model

Please note:

• Only one license plate may be associated with your virtual permit at a time.
• It is important that your vehicle information remains up to date.
• If you bring a different vehicle to campus or your license plate changes, you must update your vehicle information in your parking account prior to parking on campus.

Once you complete the checkout, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your URI email address. This receipt confirms that your permit renewal has been successfully processed.

If you have an ADA placard, please contact the Office of Transportation and Parking to register your placard and obtain an ADA Parking Permit.
