Construction on Plains Road will begin Oct. 14, requiring a shift in traffic between West Alumni and Flagg Road. Detour routes will be established via Plains Road and Tootell Road with police details stationed to assist with traffic control.

While access to the Ryan Center Lot, Plains Road South Lot and URI facilities with be maintained, access to some lot entrances may be temporarily limited.

Please allow extra time to reach your destination, adhere to traffic signs and use caution when traveling in the area. Construction is expected to be complete by Oct. 25.
