Meade Stadium Sunset
Jake Albert ’27 is a sophomore finance major, minoring in Spanish. A member of the photography club, he also stays busy with intramural sports, Bible study, and a job at the Ram’s Den.
“Last October, I captured a stunning sunset over Meade Stadium after playing football with friends,” says Albert. “I didn’t have my camera with me so I used my iPhone, and the result was far better than I expected.”
Albert adds, “Photography has been a big part of my life since I was young, thanks to my mom, who’s also a photographer. She’s taught me so much about capturing the perfect shot and even passed down one of her cameras to me. In the summer, we do photo shoots together, and I always have the best time. We’re planning to start our own photography business someday, which I’m really excited about. Having someone to share my passion with means everything to me!”
