For me, it’s a time of extremes. On one day, I am fighting irritation that the lines at the stores are longer and that many goods and services are unavailable. And the irritating sense of isolation I shouldn’t feel because I am an introvert. Woe is me, right? On another day, I think about Rhode Island’s unemployment, people struggling to make car and mortgage payments, and people losing their loved ones, and I think to myself, “I am privileged with good health, a job I love, and a supportive family. I have all the tools I need to weather this storm.” I try to set my intention to have more of the latter types of days. 🙂
