I have spent the last 14 years of my life on airplanes, traveling the world supporting water and sewer utilities. On a personal level, it has been amazing to be in one place and to have so much extra time with my family. Professionally, water and sewer is critical infrastructure and must maintain a high level of service. I’ve been proud of the industry’s ability to adapt and we continue to find innovative ways to succeed and support each other while working remotely and social distancing.
